Refund Policy

 

This refund policy applies to Merchandise purchases only. It does not apply to Membership fees or renewals.

1. No Refunds, Exchanges for Store Credit
1.1. All sale items are sold on a final sale basis. We do not offer refunds for sale items.
1.2. We offer exchanges for eligible sale items in the form of store credit only.

2. Eligibility for Exchanges
2.1. To be eligible for an exchange as store credit, the sale item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
2.2. Exchanges must be initiated within 7 days from the date of purchase.

3. Exchange Process
3.1. To request an exchange, please contact our customer service at nswqueries@cfmeu.org
3.2. We will provide instructions for returning the sale item.
3.3. Once we receive and inspect the returned sale item, we will issue store credit for the purchase amount, minus any shipping charges.

4. Store Credit Usage
4.1. Store credit is non-transferable and can only be used towards future purchases on our website.
4.2. Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another individual.
4.3. Store credit will be valid for 31 days from the date of issuance.

5. Exclusions
5.1. The following items are not eligible for exchanges or store credit:
– Items purchased using store credit
– Items marked as “final sale” during the sale event
– Items that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 2

6. Damaged or Defective Items
6.1. If you receive a sale item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
6.2. We will assess the situation and provide a resolution, which may include an exchange or store credit.

7. Modification of Terms
7.1. We reserve the right to update, modify, or change these sale items terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
7.2. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website.

By proceeding with the purchase of a sale item, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Sale Items Terms and Conditions.
