Asbestos exposure form

Imported asbestos wall panels

Exposure to any type of asbestos is dangerous and should not be tolerated. Unfortunately, many building workers will come into contact with the deadly material in the course of their work.

Union solicitors Taylor & Scott have created an online asbestos exposure registration form.

If you are ever exposed to asbestos at work, fill out this form or contact Taylor & Scott Lawyers on 1800 600 664.

Alternatively, you can register with the Asbestos Safety and Eradication Agency's National Absestos Exposure Register.

All members exposed to asbestos should register the event using the form . This ensures that in the event of any unfortunate illness or sickness arising from the exposure, the first steps in gaining compensation will have already commenced.
